Musas Lanzarote reserves the right to cancel the entire event if the minimum number of participants required for its realization is not met.
In this eventuality: Musas Lanzarote will only proceed to refund the money paid for the retreat (including the early bird reservation or the full amount paid).
Participant's Responsibility: Any other expenses incurred by the participant to attend the event (such as flights, travel insurance, transportation, additional accommodation, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of the participant and will not be refunded by Musas Lanzarote.
If a participant needs to cancel their booking, they must notify Musas Lanzarote in writing (via email) as soon as possible. The cancellation date will be considered the day Musas Lanzarote receives the written notice.
The following cancellation charges and refund policies will apply to the total retreat fee:
- No-Show: If the participant fails to attend the retreat on the agreed date and time without prior notice (No-Show), no refund will be issued.
- Early Departure: Should a participant decide to leave the retreat once it has started, for any reason, no refund will be applied for the unused portion of the event.
The participant will have the option to transfer or assign their spot to another person who meets the retreat requirements. To do this, they must notify Musas Lanzarote a minimum of 15 days prior to the start date of the event, providing the full details of the new participant.
